Dear Friends,

Mike Heiser will be appearing on the History Channel (Tuesday January 28, 9-10pm ET) as part of a special called "UFOs in the Bible."

Mike writes "I don't believe there are aliens (as in little guys from another planet) and UFOs (as in space craft subject to the normal laws of physics) in the Bible. I adhere to the "interdimensional hypothesis" not the "extraterrestrial hypothesis" with respect to these issues. I'm hoping this is clear after
the editing! Hope you'll tune in!"

If you have access to the History Channel, I hope you will also watch for our friend Guy Malone, a "missionary to Roswell NM," who was interviewed separately from Mike. Both of my friends will supply arguments objecting to the History Channel's thesis, that the Bible is actually based on human interaction with extraterrestrials. As far as I can tell, most of the "experts" interviewed will teach the audience that humanity has deified aliens, and all religions are therefore bunk.

Such a belief is growing in popularity, and may become a significant weapon used against biblical Christianity. This belief is being combined with evolution into a super-theory called "panspermia": the belief that extraterrestrials "seeded" life on earth, and supervised human evolution, resulting in humanity's innate awareness of a "higher power" and the resulting development of human religions. The logical conclusions of panspermia are being lived out in the news in front of our eyes, as the Raelians publicize they have cloned human babies.

Mike and Guy were apparently interviewed by the History Channel as an afterthought, to provide a more balanced presentation. I hope the editors of the show present Mike and Guy fairly.
